Montayia Pritchard is a dedicated legal professional with over four years of experience in the legal field, focusing on immigration law, limited workers’ compensation, and fathers’ rights. She is passionate about advocating for fathers and helping them navigate the legal system with compassion and understanding.

Montayia began her academic journey at North Hennepin Community College, where she earned her associate’s degree in paralegal studies. She is currently furthering her education at Concordia University, St. Paul, pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth reflects her dedication to providing high-quality support to clients and her legal team.

Outside of her professional work, Montayia enjoys spending time with her two cats, reading, watching anime, and expressing her creativity through painting.
