As both a child of divorce and a first-generation college graduate, Victoria brings a deeply personal understanding to every family law matter she handles. Having grown up primarily in the care of her father, she understands first-hand the importance of a father’s presence in a child’s life — a perspective that fuels her dedication to advocating for fathers navigating custody and divorce.

Victoria earned her Associate of Science in Pre-Law from Nashville State Community College in 2019, and her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Pre-Law, from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, in 2021. She went on to attend Lincoln Memorial University – Duncan School of Law beginning in 2021, and, during her time there, Victoria shadowed a family law attorney and participated in an internship with Tennessee Department of Children’s Services. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Duncan School of Law in 2024.

Victoria spent the year after graduating from Duncan School of Law as a paralegal in a family law firm in Tennessee while working toward obtaining her license to practice law. After relocating to Minnesota in June 2025, she joined Walsh Law, PLLC – The Legal Dad – with a strong passion for helping fathers protect their parental rights and maintain meaningful relationships with their children.

In addition to her legal work, Victoria enjoys embracing Minnesota’s cold-weather culture — especially ice fishing. Victoria also enjoys axe throwing, wood-burning, and painting. She shares her home with her two loyal miniature Australian Shepherds, Zeus and Jupiter, who are enjoying their retirement years just as much as she enjoys their companionship.
