Who I Am

Hi, my name is Padraic Walsh. I am the founding attorney of Walsh Law PLLC, a law firm dedicated to working with parents experiencing legal issues gaining access to their children.

I chose to practice this area of law because of my personal experience with the family court system as I was trying to gain access to my child. During that time I was a construction worker, but decided to return to education as a non-traditional student. I believed I needed to become an attorney so that I can help parents who find themselves in a similar situation.

Law is not just a career for me, it’s a mission. My mission is to help parents dealing with legal issues gaining access to their children because I know the heartbreak, the loneliness, and the suffering a parent experiences without access to their children.

I genuinely care about parents wrestling with the legal system. I believe in your right to be a parent to your children, and for your right to be an integral part of their lives.

Your children deserve loving parents. My aim is to help you by directing your focus to your children.
