Karee Joedeman
Attorney
My name is Karee Joedeman. I attended University of Northwestern Saint Paul for undergrad with majors in professional writing and criminal justice. I then attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law for law school.
I chose to pursue a career in family law because it is a field that goes far beyond legal statutes and court procedures—it touches the core of people’s lives. Family law often comes into play during times of profound transition, when individuals are facing changes that can reshape their families, finances, and sense of stability. In these moments, people can feel vulnerable, uncertain, and overwhelmed—especially when children are involved. I believe that having a knowledgeable and compassionate advocate can make all the difference. Guiding clients through the legal process not only empowers them to make informed decisions but also helps act for the best interests of their children. Every child deserves the best version of their parents, and ensuring that the legal process is handled with care allows families to move forward with greater confidence and peace of mind.
