The Legal Dad Team

Tiana Dawidowicz serves as the Director of Firm Development at Walsh Law, Home of The Legal Dad, where she helps drive the firm’s growth and keeps the client experience running smoothly.

A graduate of SUNY Buffalo with a degree in Curriculum and Development, Tiana began her career in education at the Boys & Girls Club. There, she wrote curriculum and worked hands-on with kids, helping them navigate family changes using a Whole Child approach. Her work centered on positive mentorship, grief support, and social-emotional skill building, all while creating a safe, stable, and supportive space for young people.

Years later, an unexpected visit to small claims court sparked her interest in the legal field, eventually leading her to join The Legal Dad in 2025. By blending her background in teaching with her passion for law, she brings a people first perspective to firm operations, client engagement, and professional development.

Tiana lives in Buffalo with her husband, her stepdaughter who is currently in medical school, and a lively crew of fur babies who firmly believe Zoom meetings are a group activity. When she’s not working, you can usually find her hunting down the best brunch spots, dominating pub trivia, or getting lost in a good book.
